Chris & Kristyn VanBuskirk are the founding and Lead Pastors of Centerpoint Church in Chillicothe, Ohio. They are high school sweethearts who got married young and had their five year plan all mapped out. That plan had a lot of details, but none of those details involved planting a church! Thankfully, God had different plans and in the spring of 2008 they moved from Illinois back to their Southern Ohio roots to plant Centerpoint Church -- a life-giving church that would take a uniquely different approach to connecting people to Jesus. The vision God has given them for our house is to transform the forgotten cities in Ohio with the crazy love of Jesus!

Chris & Kristyn live in Kingston, Ohio with their three kids, Aubri, Owen, and Levi. They also have a fur fam led by their Great Dane King Louie, a German Shorthaired Pointer, Dixie, and three cats, Tarzan, Ollie, and Coco.

God has used them to help the dream of Centerpoint become a reality and He also continues to grow their influence and reach as they encourage other churches, pastors and leaders around the United States. We couldn’t be more honored to call them our pastors and follow their lead!
